Major League Baseball games played Tuesday, April 29, 2008: A complete slate of fifteen games played Tuesday produced two ejections.

In Arlington, Texas, where the Rangers hosted the Kansas City Royals, home plate umpire Bill Welke ejected Rangers second baseman Ian Kinsler for arguing over a called strike three. At the time of the ejection, the Rangers were trailing 3-0. The Rangers went on to lose by a score of 9-5. And in San Francisco, where the Giants hosted the Colorado Rockies, home plate umpire Gary Darling ejected Giants manager Bruce Bochy for arguing a balk call that gave rise to what proved to be the Rockies winning run.
